Business Unit, Office & Department Business Unit: Italy, Milan Office: Retail Pricing Department: CUO Required Experience - Degree in Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or Physics. About the Role Join our dynamic Retail Pricing team, where you'll play a key part in shaping non-life insurance pricing strategies, with a strong focus on Motor products. You'll apply your analytical expertise throughout the entire pricing cycle, from data preparation to price optimization. What You'll Do - Prepare and transform data (ETL) for analysis - Build predictive models to support pricing decisions - Perform in-depth statistical analysis - Support the development of our Technical Model Price - Contribute to rates, rating plans, and portfolio pricing strategies - Develop insightful reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)- Optimize pricing to deliver the best value for our customers and the business What You'll Bring - Good written and spoken English - 3–5 years of actuarial pricing experience in non-life insurance - Strong mathematical and analytical skills, supported by your degree - Programming experience in SAS, Python, or R - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus)- Experience with WTW Emblem and Radar software - A collaborative, team-focused approach - Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
