If you're passionate about statistical analysis and want to make a real impact in the Motor insurance sector, this is your chance to grow your career with a leading global insurer.Business Unit, Office & DepartmentBusiness Unit: Italy, Milan Office: Retail Pricing Department: CUORequired Experience- Degree in Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or Physics.About the RoleJoin our dynamic Retail Pricing team, where you'll play a key part in shaping non-life insurance pricing strategies, with a strong focus on Motor products. You'll apply your analytical expertise throughout the entire pricing cycle, from data preparation to price optimization.What You'll Do- Prepare and transform data (ETL) for analysis- Build predictive models to support pricing decisions- Perform in-depth statistical analysis- Support the development of our Technical Model Price- Contribute to rates, rating plans, and portfolio pricing strategies- Develop insightful reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)- Optimize pricing to deliver the best value for our customers and the businessWhat You'll Bring- Good written and spoken English- 3–5 years of actuarial pricing experience in non-life insurance- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, supported by your degree- Programming experience in SAS, Python, or R- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus)- Experience with WTW Emblem and Radar software- A collaborative, team-focused approach- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude#J-*****-Ljbffr
