Posizione ADDETTO/A GESTIONE DATI TECNICI E DOCUMENTAZIONE - ERP / UFFICIO TECNICO Responsabilità - Utilizzo quotidiano del gestionale/ERP per la gestione, manutenzione e pulizia delle anagrafiche tecniche - Compilazione, aggiornamento e verifica di distinte base e distinte ricambi - Organizzazione, archiviazione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica - Redazione, revisione e formattazione di istruzioni operative per montaggio e assemblaggio - Supporto alla preparazione della documentazione tecnica destinata alla Produzione - Inserimento e gestione delle modifiche tecniche nella documentazione ufficiale - Affiancamento alla Produzione per la corretta interpretazione delle istruzioni di montaggio - Verifica della coerenza tra processi produttivi, distinte base e documentazione tecnica - Gestione dei flussi informativi e delle varianti tecniche tra Ufficio Tecnico e Produzione - Supporto al processo di industrializzazione dei prodotti - Aggiornamento dei database tecnici e dei documenti interni di reparto - Collaborazione con Produzione, Qualità e Sviluppo Software nelle attività trasversali legate al ciclo di vita del prodotto Profilo desiderato - Diploma tecnico in Informatica, Elettronica, Elettrotecnica, Meccatronica o equivalenti - Esperienza o forte attitudine all'utilizzo di gestionali/ERP e alla gestione di anagrafiche tecniche - Conoscenza base di distinte base, distinte ricambi e flussi dati tecnici - Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e Word - Capacità di lettura e comprensione di documentazione tecnica (schemi, manuali, istruzioni)- Attitudine pratica, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio - Capacità di sviluppare piccoli script o tool (Python, C/C++, VBScript o simili) per l'automazione e il miglioramento dei processi - Predisposizione alla digitalizzazione e personalizzazione degli strumenti software - Spiccato problem solving operativo e capacità di lavorare in autonomia mantenendo l'allineamento con l'Ufficio Tecnico - Attitudine alla collaborazione con reparti interfunzionali - Disponibilità ad apprendere nuove procedure e nuovi software Sede di lavoro Udine Orario di lavoro Full‐time Tipologia contrattuale Contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato, con adeguato periodo di prova.
