Since its founding, Klearly has raised €20 million, including investments from leading industry players such as PayPal Ventures, the former President of Mastercard, the former COO of Adyen, and the former CEO of Mollie, as well as investors including Global PayTech Ventures, Antler, and Shapers. Our mission is to reshape in person (card present) payments. We are focused on building a payment product that merchants love and that SaaS-providers embrace as a key component of their offering. Our initial focus is on the POS/SaaS systems which serve the bars, restaurants, and cafés in Italy. We strongly believe in the power of collaboration and are looking for an entrepreneurial Partnership Manager to join our efforts in Italy. This role will involve building and managing a network of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and other strategic partners. About the Role You will join Klearly as a Partnership Manager within our existing partnerships team, with responsibility for growing and expanding the Italian market. You will focus on identifying, signing, and scaling strategic partnerships with ISVs, POS vendors, and other key ecosystem players. Acting as Klearly’s local point of contact in Italy, you will represent the company in the market, build long-term partner relationships, and continuously bring back market insights and opportunities to the wider team. Responsibilities Identify and sign commercial partnerships with ISVs, POS vendors, system integrators, and other relevant partners. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers. Collaborate closely with product, ops and tech teams to align with partner integration and enablement. Track and report on partnership pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities. Represent Klearly at events and within the Italy fintech and software community. Requirements 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles. Strong network in the Italy hospitality and/or ISV ecosystem. Proven track record of initiating and scaling commercial partnerships, ideally in a fintech, SaaS, or payments environment. Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re resourceful, hands-on, and thrive in ambiguity. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in Italian and English.
