YOUR ROLE

The main accountabilities of this role are the following:

  • Drive the relationship with key MEMS Customers assuring the right level of support to Customer product roadmap operating in tight collaboration with MEMS Sub Group, APMS functions and FE/BE manufacturing.
  • Define the pricing roadmap in collaboration with regional/GKA sales, financial & control and Sub Group functions.
  • Drive the product related SoW definition and work with Legal and Sales department to finalize Development and Manufacturing agreements.
  • Be the main business reference during the Custom product development assuring an effective bridge between Customer needs and ST requirements. Be 1st contact point for Regional/GKA sales versus MEMS Subgroup functions.
  • Communicate the project plan/priorities, product specification, project status with all stakeholders (Customer included). Manage eventual deviations/delay through escalation and support the definition and tracking of recovery plan when required.
  • Guarantee Customer satisfaction, increase MEMS Sub Group market share and a MEMS Subgroup profitable revenue growth in line with Company objectives.
  • Support MEMS SubGroup business development with focus on Custom products with Key MEMS Customers.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Technical Master degree (Physics, Engineering, etc.).
  • 5 years of technical experience in product development (MEMS product/MEMS manufacturing know-how/experience is a plus).
  • Exposure to manufacturing cost structures and legal subjects (SoW/Development agreements...) is a plus.
  • Fluent written and oral English is a must.
  • Key soft skills for the role are: clear communication, problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
