Artemest is looking for a motivated and detail‐oriented CRM Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role is designed for a junior‐mid level professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for customer engagement in the luxury sector. The CRM Analyst will be responsible for the execution and optimization of CRM and trade marketing initiatives. The position combines hands‐on operational tasks (campaigns, dashboards, trade applications) with analytical and strategic contributions (reporting, customer journey optimization), playing a key role in strengthening Artemest's relationship with its global community of clients and partners. What will be your key responsibilities? Responsibilities Set up, schedule, monitor, and report on targeted Salesforce campaigns. Coordinate the trade applications approval process and related automations. Manage customer journeys and automation, ensuring personalization by segment and lifecycle stage (e.g., welcome, re‐engagement, win‐back). Support the delivery of the CRM testing roadmap by executing structured A/B and multivariate tests across email and lifecycle campaigns. Produce weekly dashboards & KPI reports to monitor trade and consumer flows. Analyze campaign performance and propose optimization strategies (e.g., upsell, cross‐sell, AOV growth). Contribute to building rich customer profiles in Salesforce to empower. J-18808-Ljbffr
