Il ruolo prevede una forte componente pratica: avrai la possibilità di acquisire esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti e sistemi da cui dipende il successo della nostra attività. Key job responsibilities - Misurare e monitorare i flussi di lavoro e le performance del sito, nonché fornire rilevanti informazioni ai manager di prima linea per garantire l’eccellenza operativa in tutti i turni.
- Supportare e formare il personale affinché assicuri un servizio d’eccellenza e supervisionarlo nello svolgimento delle mansioni quotidiane.
- Supportare l’Area/Shift Manager nell’ambito di progetti per migliorare i processi, creare un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e aumentare il coinvolgimento del personale.
- Collaborare con altri reparti per individuare soluzioni tese a risolvere problematiche frequenti o soddisfare le necessità, laddove la produttività è cruciale.
