  • Support the Italian business on all legal matters
  • Advice on legal and regulatory matters related to Bank of Italy activities
  • Draft, review and negotiate local contracts with business partners, foremost including SPAs and servicing agreements.
  • Corporate management of the Italian business (corporate housekeeping), including acting as secretary to the board of directors.
  • Work closely with the Group Legal team to ensure consistent quality of services, exchange of best practices and compliance with corporate-wide procedures.
  • Provide occasional support and assistance with the Italian Litigation team activities

Experience/Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of legal experience of working in an operational environment on banking, transaction & corporate law matters. Experience with non-performing loans would be an advantage.
  • Law degree from an Italian University
  • Fluency in Italian; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; good and clear communicator.
  • Background and experience in working within multidisciplinary/international teams highly desired
  • Ability to function collaboratively and be open to sharing, growth and learning in a team environment consistent with the goals and principles of PRA.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible and dynamic team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
