Grado en Relaciones Laborales y/o Ingeniería con Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Conocimientos de las 3 especialidades: Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial y Ergonomía & Psicosociología. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en una posición de las mismas características. Valorable conocimiento del sector lujo-moda. Tus principales funciones serán: Promover hábitos seguros y saludables en la empresa. Identificar, evaluar y planificar los posibles cambios ante los riesgos laborales de los puestos de trabajo. Supervisar y coordinar la elección y entrega de Equipos de Protección Individual (EPI’s). Realizar material formativo e informativo sobre Prevención de Riesgos Laborales a impartir según cada puesto de trabajo. Investigar los accidentes de trabajo ocurridos. Realizar la Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales con empresas externas. Planificar las actividades de vigilancia de la salud de los trabajadores. Elaborar actuaciones en caso de emergencia y primeros auxilios e implantar los planes de emergencia. Colaborar con las áreas de la empresa en la adecuación de los equipos de trabajo y las instalaciones.
