Position Mission

Nell'ambito dell'Unità Analytics & Data Infrastructure, il Proposal Specialist e Cost Engineer è responsabile del coordinamento delle attività interne alla BU, propedeutiche alla trasmissione ai clienti delle offerte tecniche ed economiche, sia in fase di gara che in fase di negoziazione privata.

Raccoglie i fabbisogni dei clienti dalla divisione Commerciale e Bid management e li condivide con le funzioni aziendali dedicate, al fine di individuare le strategie di mercato più efficaci.

Responsibilities

  • Sviluppare e gestire stime dei costi accurate e competitive per i servizi / prodotti da proporre appartenenti alla BU Analytics & Data Infrastructure, dalla progettazione fino alla erogazione finale del servizio / prodotto;
  • Contribuire, per gli aspetti di competenza dell'Unità Analytics & Data Infrastructure, alla definizione della più efficace strategia di mercato per veicolare al cliente l'offerta tecnica ed economica;
  • Coordinare e contribuire attivamente alla preparazione del materiale richiesto per le offerte tecniche ed economiche (raccolta costi, interfaccia con le funzioni di BU, analisi capitolati / CBC, bid review, etc.);
  • Assicurare la puntuale disponibilità del materiale necessario alla redazione delle offerte;
  • Esaminare e analizzare i documenti di gara / offerta come i contratti, i capitolati tecnici, le specifiche dei requisiti, etc.;
  • Presentare le stime costi e le basi utilizzate per le stime, durante le bid review o riunioni dedicate;
  • Sviluppare, implementare e monitorare un sistema per tenere traccia delle stime, dei costi del lavoro e di altri dati sui costi;
  • Comprendere e gestire i requisiti delle gare e richieste dirette, quali condizioni di garanzia, configurazione dei pezzi di ricambio, proposte di manutenzione, problemi di obsolescenza, analisi preventive di Life Cycle Cost, manutenzioni preventive, correttive, evolutive;
  • Collaborare con i team di Progetto per garantire l'accuratezza delle stime;
  • Fornire guida e istruzioni ad altri "cost estimator" e al personale di supporto.

Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria e / o materie economico-gestionali o diploma tecnico in un settore affine;
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
  • Esperienza in progetti di digitalizzazione, upgrade tecnologico ed erogazione di servizi di supporto continuativo oppure in contesti industriali con produzione su commessa e con elevato grado di customizzazione prodotti;
  • Comprovata esperienza di stime e offerte di progetti di successo e conoscenza di Incoterms, margini commerciali e contributivi, mark-up, tipologie contratti, analisi rischi, aspetti finanziari, bond, etc.;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e delle App di AI.

Preferibile la conoscenza di base dei componenti dell'infrastruttura ferroviaria.
