For a leading international premium lifestyle brand, we are looking for aSales Operations Managerto strengthen and structure the Wholesale channel during a phase of strong international growth.This role will act as the operational reference point for the B2 B business, playing a key role in ensuring reliable data, efficient processes, and solid commercial execution in support of the Sales, Digital, and Business Analytics teams.It is a hands-on, high-impact role, critical to scaling the wholesale business and supporting international expansion.TheSales Operations Managerwill be responsible for:Managing end-to-end wholesale operational processesOverseeing orders, pricing, contracts, and customer master dataHandling the operational onboarding of B2 B partners, including documentation and system setupEnsuring data accuracy and consistency across all commercial tools and reportsSupporting KPI reporting and data governance for the Front OfficeWorking cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, Finance, and OperationsSupporting and optimizing digital wholesale processes (B2 B platforms, ERP, tools)Driving continuous process improvement to support scalability and international growthProfile3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Wholesale rolesBackground in startups or structured scale-upsExcellent command of Excel / Google SheetsFamiliarity with ERP systems and B2 B wholesale platforms (JOOR, Nu Order, or similar)Fluent English is mandatory, as the role operates daily in an international environmentHands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindsetStrong ownership, accuracy, and attention to detailAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholdersInterest in premium fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brandsLocation : MilanTravel : Occasional (meetings, training, market support)
