**Posizione**:
**Sales Operations Manager**:
A diretto riporto del Direttore della Business Unit Usato, avrà la responsabilità di:
Analisi di benchmark
- trend di mercato

Definizione ed ottimizzazione processi e procedure relative alla vendita usato online e offline

Gestione e monitoraggio del processo di implementazione, verifica e delivery di una Piattaforma di Ecommerce, in ottica UX

Presidio delle attività di pricing (vendita/acquisto)

Gestione processi di acquisizione

Definizione linee guida per la partecipazione ad aste online

Gestione rapporti con il Dealer Network

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore automotive, maturata in ambito Usato/Remarketing (requisito mandatory)
- Conoscenza dei processi e dinamiche di acquisizione e vendita usato (B2B/B2C)
- Conoscenza approfondita di tematiche relative al pricing, ecommerce, sales operations
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Capacità di project management
- Agire con un approccio da start-up
- Sensibilità commerciale
