**Who is our client?**:
Our client is one of the most important energy companies, which core business is electric vehicle charging, with a presence worldwide.
**Whom are we looking for?**:
The ASSISTANT MANAGER - TECHNICAL OPERATIONS coordinates and supervises regional teams of operation across Italy.
**What is the challenge of this role?**:
Your challenge will be to develop, control and supervise operations in line with company objectives.
**Must have?**:
Fluent in English and at least 10 years of operations management experience in energy and/or electric/electronics companies.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Planning and management of field operations for installation works
- Preparation of training for field teams
- Updating the Punch list
- Updating the Lessons Learned list
**GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS**:
The Assistant Manager - Technical Operation has:
- 10 years of experience in Technical Operation
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering or related majors
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- Team management experience
- Min 10 years of experience in Low-Voltage systems and electrical infrastructure installation
- Soft Skills: Communication, negotiation, decision making, problem-solving, organization, innovative approach, leadership.
