Adecco ricerca, per azienda multinazionale operante nel settore del commercio all'ingrosso di componenti hardware, sita a Cinisello Balsamo, cerca un Accountant.
Responsibilities Controllo e verifica documentale: garantire l'accuratezza del data entry e la corrispondenza con i documenti conservati nell'archivio elettronico delle fatture dei fornitori, sia italiani che esteri.
Gestione operativa del data entry: monitorare e gestire l'inserimento degli ordini emessi ai fornitori (non legati alle vendite) nel sistema SAP, incluse operazioni come l'entrata merce.
Registrazioni contabili: inserimento e aggiornamento delle principali registrazioni contabili all'interno del sistema operativo SAP.
Chiusure contabili mensili: supportare il team nelle attività di chiusura contabile, assicurando il rispetto delle scadenze e l'accuratezza delle registrazioni.
Ottima conoscenza di Excel e familiarità con funzioni avanzate per la gestione e l'analisi dei dati.
Formazione contabile, con titolo preferenziale per chi è in possesso di laurea in materie economiche.
Conoscenza pregressa del sistema operativo SAP.
Livello intermedio di inglese, utile per interfacciarsi con fornitori esteri.
Da lunedì a venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 14:00 alle 18:00. Possibilità di smart working 2/3 giorni alla settimana.
Contratto in somministrazione a tempo determinato di 3 mesi con possibilità di proroghe.
