La figura sarà inserita nell’ufficio Sales Administration. La risorsa supporterà il team nelle attività di gestione ordini, documentazione per spedizioni, coordinamento con corrieri e attività post-vendita.
Inserimento e monitoraggio ordini a sistema
Preparazione documentazione per spedizioni (bolle, packing list, fatture)
Supporto post-vendita (reclami, errori di spedizione, qualità prodotto)
Coordinamento spedizioni e materiali per testing/certificazioni
Supporto ai team Logistica e Magazzino per verifiche giacenze
Laurea Triennale in Materie Economiche (o similari)
Conoscenza MS Office, SAP, Power BI, AS400
Conoscenze doganali e amministrative (IVA, Incoterms, lettere di credito)
Inglese fluente
