About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Assistant to join the Administration and Finance team at H-Farm School.

In this role, you will support the full cycle of financial and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow professionally in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial and Administrative Operations

• Manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for cost centers and projects.
• Record banking transactions and maintain general ledger entries.
• Manage home banking and schedule payments to suppliers.
• Track and manage deadlines for invoices and payments.
• Prepare periodic and annual financial statements, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal obligations, including F24, LIPE, Intrastat, and other reporting requirements.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with internal audits and financial controls.
• Support the Finance Manager in financial analysis and reporting.

Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in medium-sized companies.
• Proficiency in Zucchetti software or similar accounting systems.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements.
