Responsabilità
- Analisi del Mercato e Pianificazione Strategica:
Effettuare un'analisi approfondita del mercato italiano, individuando nuove opportunità e pianificando strategie per ottimizzare l'attività di vendita per posizionare con successo le soluzioni prodotte per intercettare e soddisfare i bisogni specifici dei clienti. - Gestione del Ciclo di Vendita e Collaborazione con il Team Tecnico:
Sarà responsabile dell'intero ciclo di vendita, coordinando ogni fase con il supporto del team tecnico nelle attività di prevendita. Grazie a un approccio consultivo, identificherà le necessità dei clienti e lavorerà a stretto contatto con il team per proporre soluzioni su misura che soddisfino i requisiti tecnici e commerciali. - Interazione con Stakeholder e Processi Decisionali:
Gestione delle relazioni complesse con i vari decision-maker all'interno delle strutture sanitarie, quali responsabili IT, amministratori e direttori sanitari. Dovrà condurre trattative di lungo periodo e guidare il cliente attraverso le fasi tecniche, commerciali, giuridiche e amministrative, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita.
Competenze ed esperienza
- Consolidata esperienza nelle vendite (ciclo lungo) di prodotti ad alta tecnologia e/o soluzioni software e/o nel settore medicale.
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative.
- Abilità interpersonali che permettono di seguire i clienti e di comprendere le loro aspettative.
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e prendere iniziative, con un orientamento agli obiettivi prefissati.
- Lingua: Italiano e inglese fluente.
- Domicilio in Piemonte, oppure su Milano.
- Disponibilità a spostarsi sul territorio nazionale.
Contratto a tempo indeterminato, RAL + bonus e auto.
