Per la nostra filiale italiana con sede a Treviso, stiamo cercando una figura di Technical Support Engineer da inserire con contratto Full Time.

Attività principali:

  • Supportare il cliente, telefonicamente e con strumenti remoti o in sito, nelle attività di programmazione e configurazione dei dispositivi, fornendo le migliori soluzioni tecniche per l’applicazione.
  • Sviluppare il personale del cliente trasmettendo informazioni tecniche e fornendo la necessaria formazione.
  • Fornire informazioni tecniche e di ingegneria applicativa su prodotti e servizi rispondendo alle domande del cliente e analizzando le specifiche di prodotto.
  • Configurare prodotti ComAp su specifica dei clienti.
  • Supportare il dipartimento marketing segnalando le specifiche tecniche di prodotto necessarie alle esigenze del mercato locale, se richiesto.
  • Mantenere un approccio corretto ed onesto nel rispetto del nostro codice etico.
  • Viaggiare prevalentemente nel territorio nazionale.

Qualità e competenze:

  • Esperienza come addetto al supporto tecnico o posizione simile nel campo dell’automazione industriale o dell’energia, familiarità con i protocolli di comunicazioni industriali e le reti ethernet.
  • Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia che in team.
  • Orientamento agli obiettivi.
  • Ottima attitudine ai rapporti interpersonali.

Qualifica minima:

  • Lingue: Italiano madrelingua, buona conoscenza dell’inglese sia scritto che parlato.
  • Diploma o Laurea in Elettronica/Elettrotecnica, o esperienza comprovata nel settore energetico e/o dell’automazione.
