MissionTo lead the implementation and management of Zumub's logistics operations in Italy. This role will be responsible for the warehouse launch, structuring the operational team, and overseeing day-to-day local logistics operations.RoleLead the setup and launch of the warehouse in Milan, ItalyManage the entire local logistics operation (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)Recruit, train, and manage warehouse operators and the operational teamDefine operational processes and ensure efficiency, quality, and cost controlNegotiate and manage local carriers and logistics partnersMonitor and report operational KPIsCoordinate with the central head office teams (supply chain, IT, customer service)Ensure legal, fiscal, and bureaucratic compliance of the Italy operationSupport administrative processes related to local operationsQualificationsFluent Italian speaker (mandatory)Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)Solid experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse managementExperience in e-commerce, fulfillment, 3PL, or retail (strongly preferred)Proven experience in hiring and managing operational teamsStrong organizational, planning, and execution skillsHands-on, problem-solving mindsetHigh sense of responsibility and autonomyOfferCompetitive salary based and performance-based compensationOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementExposure to top-level decision-making and the chance to make a meaningful impactEmployee discounts, health insurance and other benefitsOn-site position in Milan - ItalyZumub is committed to promoting equal opportunities and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief. #J-18808-Ljbffr
