Mission To lead the implementation and management of Zumub's logistics operations in Italy. This role will be responsible for the warehouse launch, structuring the operational team, and overseeing day-to-day local logistics operations. Role Lead the setup and launch of the warehouse in Milan, Italy Manage the entire local logistics operation (receiving, picking, packing, shipping) Recruit, train, and manage warehouse operators and the operational team Define operational processes and ensure efficiency, quality, and cost control Negotiate and manage local carriers and logistics partners Monitor and report operational KPIs Coordinate with the central head office teams (supply chain, IT, customer service) Ensure legal, fiscal, and bureaucratic compliance of the Italy operation Support administrative processes related to local operations Qualifications Fluent Italian speaker (mandatory) Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus) Solid experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, 3PL, or retail (strongly preferred) Proven experience in hiring and managing operational teams Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills Hands-on, problem-solving mindset High sense of responsibility and autonomy Offer Competitive salary based and performance-based compensation Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Exposure to top-level decision-making and the chance to make a meaningful impact Employee discounts, health insurance and other benefits On-site position in Milan - Italy Zumub is committed to promoting equal opportunities and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief. #J-18808-Ljbffr
