Are you passionate about building strong partnerships and driving impactful marketing initiatives? We are looking for a self-starting, energetic and collaborative Business Development Manager to join our South Europe Sales team.
This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our partner network across key industry segments. You will also be responsible for executing joint marketing initiatives to accelerate regional business growth. While this is a non-quota carrying role, your contributions will directly impact pipeline development and partner performance.
We’re flexible with locations—you can work from our Piacenza or Milan office or remotely from your home office in Italy . This role requires traveling in South Europe.
Lead onboarding to ensure partners are equipped with the right tools, training, and resources.
Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns to boost awareness and generate demand.
Support partners with content, messaging, and event participation to amplify regional impact.
Work closely with regional sales managers, partner account managers, and product marketing teams.
Strong experience form either in marine, offshore or process industry
~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
~ Fluent in Italian and English, Spanish is a plus.
