This is your opportunity to define and execute the product strategy for static sealing applications, ensuring our portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs across all channels – OEM, Production, Online, and Resellers.
You will be at the heart of strategic product management: combining market understanding, technical knowledge, supplier collaboration, and commercial acumen to ensure our portfolio stays competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer needs.

Lead assortment development: introduce new products, phase out underperforming SKUs, and anticipate future market needs.
Define value propositions, pricing logic, and competitive positioning through market research and analysis.
Represent the product line in customer meetings and support sales teams with training and technical expertise.
Support online channel growth by optimizing product content, article data and publication strategies.
Degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or business with strong technical orientation.
5–10 years of experience in product management, ideally in elastomeric components, sealing systems, or industrial B2B markets.
Solid technical understanding of static sealing applications (using O‐rings, molded elastomer parts) and materials (EPDM, FKM, NBR, etc.).
Proven track record in portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and pricing.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management and communication skills.
Fluent in local language and English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g. German, Italian, French) are a plus.
