Principal Product Engineer (EU) role at Ashby. We're looking for an ambitious full‐stack engineer focused on solving customer problems and building long‐term solutions. Scope and Responsibilities As a Product Engineer, you: Own and deliver end‐to‐end features, researching competitors, writing product specs, wireframes, and building product changes. Design and build automated interview scheduling to resolve the "Calendar Tetris" problem. Develop a generalized declarative filter architecture used in many user‐facing features. Spec, design, and implement a signing‐off feature integrated across features. What We're Looking For You're comfortable with the entire stack. Handled high ambiguity and product‐technical intersections. Balance speed and quality. Ambitious, open to feedback. Collaboration & communication skills. Drive toward abstractions and tooling.
