Reflex Winkelmann GmbH is one of the leading suppliers of high-quality systems for heating, cooling and hot water supply technology. Headquartered in Ahlen, Germany, the company develops, produces and sells innovative components and integrated solutions for pressurisation, make-up, degassing and water treatment as well as hot water storage tanks, plate heat exchangers and hydraulic distribution & storage components in addition to diaphragm expansion vessels.Reflex Winkelmann is the main pillar of the Building+Industry division under the Winkelmann Group umbrella.
We are looking for an: Sales Manager – Italy
Covering Italy you will be responsible for representing Reflex Winkelmann GmbH and, wherever necessary, the Winkelmann Group of Companies. The primary purpose of the role is to promote the Reflex brand within the residential, commercial, and industrial market sectors identifying opportunities, developing, and delivering a specification pipeline whilst managing existing accounts.
Your responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Italy Country Manager you will be an integral part of the Italy team prepared to actively contribute to the success of the business.
Entrepreneurial approach identifying opportunities adopting the company strapline ‘Thinking Solutions’.
Engage and build a network of key stakeholders within the M&E industry
Maintain and grow sales in line with company targets
Manage and maintain list of key accounts
Provide technical support to customers to support on their projects
Attend site/customer visits
Your skills and attributes:
Technical understanding of M&E/plant room systems (ideally from design stage)
Have an existing network of contacts in the M&E Consultants and Main Contractors
Very good language skills in Italian and English
Experience of pumping systems and Pressurisation/Degassing highly desirable however, experience of renewable technology and heat networks will be also considered.
IT literate essential and experience with SAP based CRM would be excellent
Full driving licence
