We’re looking for an ELS (Engineering Logistic Support) and Labelling Specialist to help us streamline engineering logistics, manage technical documentation (BOMs, Engineering Changes, NPI Logistic meeting…), In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to support the lifecycle of innovative display technologies for medical and industrial applications. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us maintain operational excellence and deliver products that meet the expectations of professionals who rely on Barco’s technology every day. Key Responsibility Manage and maintain Engineering Logistic Support (ELS) processes to ensure smooth coordination between R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams. Handle technical documentation including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and support New Product Introduction (NPI) logistics meetings. Ensure accurate and compliant product labelling across the entire product portfolio, in line with regulatory and quality standards. Skills The ideal candidate demonstrates engineering fundamentals, a structured and goal-oriented mindset, and excels in cross-functional teamwork. This role demands fluency in English, a global perspective. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Alternatively, a technical diploma combined with 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles will also be considered. Skilled in handling Bills of Materials (BOMs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) logistics. Effective communication and coordination with R&D, manufacturing, and quality departments. Regulatory and Quality Standards: Understanding of compliance requirements and quality assurance processes. Proficient in SAP and LN (IBM Notes) for managing logistics and documentation workflows. Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, enabling effective communication in international environments.
