In ottica di potenziamento della propria struttura siamo stati incaricati di ricercare: Assicura adeguate informazioni di Project Control ai rappresentanti del committente e del cliente durante tutte le fasi del progetto, attraverso un adeguato coordinamento tra le discipline di Project Control (Cost Control, Planning, Document Control); Analizza, come da istruzioni del committente, tutti gli aspetti dell’avanzamento fisico dei lavori, dei costi e lo stato dello scopo del lavoro e riferisce su eventuali deviazioni, sia alle interfacce interne del committente (ingegneria, costruzione, ecc.) che del cliente; Assicura tutte le adeguate informazioni al rappresentante del committente su tutte le deviazioni o potenziali deviazioni dello scopo del lavoro del progetto ed i relativi impatti sui Costi e Tempi del progetto ed identifica tutte le azioni correttive necessarie; Supporta la valutazione dei Change Orders, degli Extra Works, di eventuali Claims dei Sub-Contrattori, dei Fornitori e/o assicurativi; Prepara i rapporti Settimanali e Mensili definiti ed eventuali altri rapporti periodici necessari al committente e al cliente. Desideriamo incontrare professionisti con background tecnico o economico, provenienti da EPC contractors nei settori oil & gas, energy o società di costruzioni che hanno esperienza nella gestione di commesse internazionali complesse con attività di cantieri esteri. Padroneggiano i principali strumenti informatici. Si richiede la conoscenza fluente dell’inglese, per rapportarsi con committenti e personale di staff e di cantiere esteri. Lavorano in Italia o all’estero e sono interessati ad avvicinarsi o rientrare in Italia, in zona Milano sud est, dove stabilire la propria residenza/domicilio, pur muovendosi all’occorrenza a livello internazionale per presidiare i progetti. #LI-VR1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
