In questo ruolo supporterai tecnici, service partner e team interni contribuendo alla formazione, alla risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche e al miglioramento continuo del prodotto.
Supporto Tecnico da remoto e on site ai tecnici sul campo ed ai service partner esterni, Interfaccia con casa madre, per la verifica e risoluzione di problematiche complesse.
Collaborare alla definizione e all'aggiornamento delle procedure di intervento standard, supportando l'implementazione di modifiche tecniche o miglioramenti funzionali dei sistemi installati.
Training sui Prodotti per tecnici interni e service partner (programmazione aggiornamenti, corsi prodotto, demo tecniche in showroom e creazione video tutorial), creazione e gestione database di materiali didattici e video tutorial interni.
Sviluppo del network di service partner esterni, sia attraverso l'individuazione di possibili nuove partnership che tramite la qualificazione tecnica e l'eventuale formazione.
Monitoraggio delle performance dei partner e proporre azioni correttive per garantire qualità e tempestività del servizio.
