This position requires a seasoned professional to implement advanced analytics and contribute to the shaping of the organizational KPIs strategies. Key responsibilities of the role: Global Learning Systems for CSR: Execute a strategic vision for global learning systems aligned with organizational objective Ensure global consistency while accommodating PM&E hubs & L&L nuances. Advanced Analytics and Insight Generation Establish and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for assessing the impact and efficiency of global learning programs related to CSR topics. Apply advanced analytics techniques to derive actionable insights from CSR learning datasets. Drive the development of predictive analytics models to forecast learning trends and requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration and Partnerships Forge strong partnerships with PM&E & L&L T&C and IT teams to align learning systems with organizational goals. Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize the synergy between learning, talent development, talent management and business outcomes. Innovation and Technological Trends: Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies to enhance the effectiveness of systems through Data on a global scale Qualifications What you bring to the table : You have a master’s degree in HR, Data Analytics or a related field, In-depth knowledge of educational technologies, advanced analytics, and industry trends, Extensive experience in global systems and analytics, You are used to work with strict time constraints, You have experience and have proven ability to collaborate in a dynamic, multicultural environment and relationship-building abilities across diverse teams, PM&E & L&L), You have a very high level of English and fluent in French, You are a real team player.
