The Front Office Manager will be responsible forleading, training, and supporting the Front Office team , ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experience. This role requires a hands-on leader capable ofproblem-solving, process creation, and team development , working in close alignment with the hotel management and ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and support the Front Office team on a daily basis
Create and implementFront Office procedures, workflows, and service standardsin line with hotel direction
Ensure consistently high-quality guest experience, managingguest complaints and service recoveryprofessionally
Coordinate Front Office operations with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
Monitor reservations, room availability, rates, and PMS operations
Support revenue management and reporting activities
Train, coach, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture
Work closely with the hotel management to continuously improve processes and guest satisfactionRequirementsProven experience asFront Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Managerin boutique or luxury hotels
Excellent knowledge ofFront Office operations and PMS systems
Fluency inItalian and English
Additional foreign languages are a strong plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to create structured working methodsWhat We OfferKey leadership role in aboutique hotel opening project in Milan

Full-time contract (3 or 6 months with possibility of renewal)
Shift schedule:day shift(30-minute break included)
Monday to Sunday, withtwo rotating days off per week.
