Lavora in stretta collaborazione con i Project Manager, che mantengono la responsabilità sul delivery operativo.
Costruire proposte commerciali complete, chiare e allineate a tempi, vincoli e obiettivi del cliente.
Garantire l'allineamento continuo tra cliente, Project Manager e team interni, prevenendo disallineamenti e gestendo le aspettative.
Monitorare la sostenibilità economica dei progetti (stima, effort, marginalità, rischi), in collaborazione con PM e AFC.
Coordinare il perimetro del cliente, assicurando che il lavoro dei Project Manager sia messo nelle condizioni ottimali per un delivery efficace.
Essere un punto di riferimento affidabile e autorevole per il cliente, garantendo chiarezza, qualità della comunicazione e gestione professionale delle situazioni critiche.
Requisiti tecnici
Laurea specialistica in Economia/Management, Ingegneria Gestionale, Informatica o discipline affini.
Esperienza pregressa in società di consulenza, agenzie digitali, loyalty, martech o customer experience.
Competenze in: customer experience & user experience; loyalty, CRM e marketing relazionale; tecnologie martech (automation, CRM, data strategy, campaign management); Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione di contesti complessi.
Propensione a lavorare su progetti ad alta componente tecnologica e creativa.
Capacità di collaborare con team cross–funzionali (Tech, Creative, Data, PM).
Un team orientato alla qualità e alla collaborazione.
Modello di lavoro ibrido.
