Business Development Manager

We are looking for a self‐motivated, commercially aware and results‐driven Business Development Manager to join us at Magicard by Brady, where you will drive growth in the west region (Benelux, France, South, North Africa) and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including RFP responses and contract negotiations, while maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular sales forecasts and other administrative duties as required. Drive strategic sales in line with revenue and growth targets set each fiscal year. Monitor and analyze sales performance, taking corrective action through relationships, negotiation and out‐of‐the‐box thinking. Identify and onboard new business partners (distributors, VARs and resellers) or customers that would buy our products. Conduct thorough market research to understand customers, competition, market, industry trends and apply that knowledge to adjust your sales approach. Represent Magicard by Brady at sales or customer events to increase our brand presence, ROI and sales. Skills and Experience You Need 5 years of experience in a similar position, including a proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the ID card market Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long‐term relationships with all stakeholders Self‐motivation, target‐drive and proactivity, capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of performance Experience with integrators, access control, security, or asset management technologies is a plus Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across the territory, including regular overnight stays and international travel Strong objection‐handling skills Proficiency in English is a must What We Offer Entry into a fast‐growing, international company A permanent employment contract Detailed onboarding in your new area of responsibility An open, honest working environment in which we attach great importance to a good team atmosphere and mutual support An interesting field of activity, prospects and space to act independently An attractive basic salary with commission payments A company car About Us Since 2021, Magicard has been a Brady Business, part of Brady Corporation, an international manufacturer and marketer of complete solutions that identify and protect people, products and places.
