MYTcommunication, è un'agenzia di marketing e comunicazione dinamica e in crescita con sede legale a Canosa di Puglia. È alla ricerca di un talentuos* SENIOR ART DIRECTOR per unirsi al nostro team.
Come Senior Art Director in MYTcommunication entrerai nel cuore di una realtà creativa giovane, ambiziosa e multidisciplinare. Lavorerai in sinergia con il team di Content, Social, Video e Grafica , collaborando con Copywriter e Strategist per progetti che spaziano dal food al turismo, dall’entertainment ai brand locali e nazionali.

Esperienza 4+ anni nel mondo della comunicazione, con padronanza di ATL, BTL e Digital .
Lavorare in team con Copywriter e Content Strategist su progetti in continua crescita.
Portare un contributo creativo solido e fresco su brand esistenti e new business.
Saper costruire e far crescere il reparto creativo, trasmettendo passione, metodo e cura del dettaglio.
Collaborare con il reparto video per garantire coerenza visiva e qualità esecutiva.
Supervisionare produzioni, shooting, campagne e sviluppi grafici.
Propensione naturale alla leadership positiva e alla condivisione.
Capacità di leggere chiaramente i need del cliente e tradurli in soluzioni creative concrete.
Passione per social, contenuti digitali e trend emergenti.
Ottima conoscenza di Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (plus: Premiere).
Capacità di alimentare lo spirito creativo, il proprio e quello degli altri.
Ottimo time management e autonomia operativa.
Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese (parlato e scritto).
