LDB Advertising, storica agenzia creativa di Bologna, sta ampliando il proprio network di collaboratori esterni e cerca professionisti per lo sviluppo di nuovi progetti. Se sei un/una Art Director o Graphic Designer freelance con un'esperienza significativa (5-8 anni o più) maturata preferibilmente in agenzie creative, desideriamo entrare in contatto con te.
Cerchiamo figure capaci di muoversi con competenza e naturalezza tra progetti offline e digital . Guidare i concept creativi e trasformare brief complessi in idee chiare.
Produrre visual coerenti, distintivi e in linea con le tendenze attuali.
Possedere uno sguardo maturo sul design e conoscere a fondo le logiche dei brand .
Progettare landing page e mini siti web con attenzione a UX e UI.
Produrre contenuti grafici e motion per social media, siti web e progetti digital.
Portare cultura visiva, metodo e curiosità .
Collaborare in modo fluido ed efficace con copywriter, strategist e team digital.Padronanza avanzata della Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Ottima conoscenza di After Effects per motion graphic e semplici animazioni
Capacità di progettare visual per campagne digital, social e materiali offline
Conoscenza operativa di UX/UI design , con esperienza nella realizzazione di landing page, wireframe e mini siti (es. Conoscenza del processo di produzione : gestione file, preparazione esecutivi, rapporti con fornitori/stampa (nice to have)
Visione creativa, gusto estetico e attenzione al dettaglio
Autonomia, affidabilità e gestione efficace delle scadenze
Collaborazione in partita IVA
Opportunità di lavorare a progetti integrati per brand nazionali e internazionali
Ambiente creativo, dinamico e orientato all’innovazione
