Agilent is seeking a motivated, results‐driven, and people‐oriented Sales Representative to drive the growth of our analytical instrumentation portfolio in the Veneto region. In this role, you will: Drive Agilent Technologies' core solutions in Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and Spectroscopy. Develop and maintain professional sales relationships with customers. Manage existing accounts by strengthening business relationships and introducing new products and workflow solutions. Identify and acquire new accounts within the assigned territory. Collaborate with a dynamic sales team, including Product Specialists and Application Engineers. Develop and implement effective strategies and tactics to sell Agilent instrumentation solutions in a competitive marketplace. Qualifications University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field. Working understanding of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, particularly as applied in an analytical laboratory setting. Good understanding of the sales process, along with at least two years of experience in a similar role, will be considered a strong advantage. Fluent Italian language skills. Familiarity with the laboratory environment (e.g., distributing laboratory products such as consumables or small instruments) is strongly encouraged. On a personal level, you have the skills to build and maintain networks both internally and externally. You are highly motivated, with strong self‐management, organizational, and prioritization skills. We Offer Company car. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‐related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
