EMEA Sales and Business Development Manager (F/M/D)
Why you should join The Precision Technology Solutions (PTS) Business Unit is seeking a strong candidate to manage distribution and sales strategy for PTS product families within EMEA to drive sales, accountability, and engagement within these channels. This candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy to not only increase sales but to also significantly improve our engagement, overall interaction and position within this space. sales interaction, training and development, execution of branch and market plans and growing market share and revenue.
Manage and motivate a diverse team of sales and field application engineers.
Meet and exceed sales quotas while adhering to TE's Values.
Coordinate with Product Management and Marketing on Key Design in Products, Marketing Programs, New Product Introductions and Inventory management.
Regular visits to key partners in key markets to drive engagement and ensure PTS focus to increase TE placement on BOM's.
Coordinate and Manage participation at Distribution Training Activities and Conferences (FAE Training, PM Conference, Distribution Summits).
Harmonize BU engagement with the DMM team and our partners regarding product placement in top projects and opportunities.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, corporate trade shows, and partner conferences.
Ability to work with and excel in a team environment.
Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial) or Business backgrounds, combining strong technical expertise with business insight.
over 8 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in technical field and proven success in product management, business development, or strategic sales within electronics, industrial automation, or related industries.
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive pricing strategies, optimize margins, and enhance portfolio profitability.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities across diverse markets and cultures, with demonstrated adaptability and cross-cultural awareness.
experienced in fostering collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish highly valued for effective communication across regions.
Flexible and committed to international mobility, with availability to travel up to 30–40% across EMEA Region.
