Italian Speaking Customer Service Digital Marketing Platform – Work In Greece Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an Italian‐speaking Customer Service Representative for our Digital Marketing Platform, with the chance to work in beautiful Greece. We are looking for focused and motivated individuals who are fluent in Italian and have a passion for providing exceptional customer support in the digital marketing space. This role allows you to engage with clients and help them make the most of our innovative marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Italian‐speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Assist clients in navigating our digital marketing platform and troubleshoot issues. Educate clients about the features and benefits of our marketing solutions to maximize their success. Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance our service offerings. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Stay up-to-date on company products and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals. Requirements Fluency in Italian (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in digital marketing or tech. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‐oriented mindset. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide clear guidance to clients. Self‐motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus. Willingness to work in Greece and embrace the opportunity to live in a vibrant culture. Benefits Competitive monthly salary.
