About the Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced retail professional to lead our store team as a Head Coach. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging store environment that showcases our products and services. You'll also be responsible for building, guiding, and developing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
