La posizione di Head Coach è un ruolo chiave all'interno di Nike, Inc. Come Head Coach, sarai responsabile di creare un ambiente accogliente nel punto vendita per offrire ai nostri clienti un'esperienza di acquisto unica.

Costruirai, guiderai e svilupperai un team eterogeneo e garantirai un'atmosfera di lavoro eccellente. Gestirai bilanci e operazioni del punto vendita per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita, ottimizzare i servizi e migliorare la soddisfazione dei clienti.

Sosterai e implementerai la strategia Nike nel punto vendita, fornendo informazioni per un posizionamento ottimizzato del punto vendita nella regione locale. Assicurerai che il negozio rispetti tutti gli standard e le linee guida Nike.

Collaborerai con i partner commerciali tra negozi diversi e la sede centrale.

Requisiti del Lavoro
  • Passione per Nike e/o per lo sport
  • Più di 5 anni di esperienza nel settore retail e/o in posizioni di leadership
  • Elevata competenza lavorativa in lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
  • Ampie esperienze e competenze nel fornire un'assistenza eccezionale ai clienti
  • Capacità di collaborare con le parti interessate
  • Capacità di lavorare autonomamente e gestire le ambiguità
  • Talento per costruire, sviluppare e promuovere un team forte
  • Flessibilità di lavorare a turni e nei weekend
