About the Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Head Coach. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging store environment that showcases our products and services. You'll lead a team of sales associates and coaches, providing guidance and support to ensure they're equipped to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and coaches
  • Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
