The role We are hiring a Sea Freight expert to strengthen operational performance across Italy. You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients. Our Client Global logistics and technology company Operating in 100+ countries with strong investor backing International, collaborative office environment What We Are Looking For Fluent Italian and English Apprenticeship or BA or BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business 3+ years in freight forwarding or ocean freight operations Hands-on experience working in Italy Strong communication, structured thinking, and problem solving Ability to manage high workloads in a fast paced environment What’s in It for You Salary range: 34.000 to 44.000 euros per year including a 10 percent annual bonus 22 vacation days plus additional paid time off Lunch compensation, health and life insurance, and pension contributions Equity program and Employee Assistance Program Your Day to Day Ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions Coordinate with carriers, trucking partners, warehouses, and customs Support the team on KPIs, data accuracy, and operational quality Improve procedures to increase efficiency Lead operational onboarding for new clients Interested?
