ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are looking for a young, motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL) as Production Supervisor Manager. You will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management of the efficiency and OEE KPIs
  • Production Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels
  • Management of quality KPIs
  • Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism
  • Responsible for the quality of the parts produced in the Shop
  • Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (maintenance, indirect materials, scrap costs)
  • Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
  • Contribution to the definition of the surface treatment’s area budget
  • Knowledge of specific procedures and management references to cope with environmental emergencies
  • Knowledge of operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

You know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and:

  • You have a Master Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • You have at least 3-6 years of experience in complex environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager, Unit Manager or similar roles
  • Knowledge of the main mechanical and chemical processes
  • Project Management and Lean Production
  • Knowledge of the productive and non-productive KPIs of a business unit
  • IT & numerical Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • You are capable to work on several tasks simultaneously
  • You have strong People Management skills
  • You are flexible and able to adapt in a context of constant change
  • You love challenges and take your responsibility seriously
