La risorsa ricercata è un Project Manager che lavorerà nella Direzione Distant Sales Small e Medium Enterprise (SME) costantemente impegnata nell’acquisizione di nuove aziende SME e nel mantenimento del portafoglio clienti.

Principali attività:

  • Mapping dei processi AS IS e definizione delle aree di intervento per massimizzare i KPI di performance di vendita;

  • Coordinamento e gestione dei progetti finalizzati a migliorare efficienza e efficacia dell’azione commerciale;

  • Definizione dei KPI per misurare e monitorare le prestazioni del progetto e per garantire che le pratiche e gli standard adottati siano appropriati e soddisfino i livelli di qualità attesi;

  • Misurazione periodica del livello di maturità e delle performance dei processi allineando e supportando il team sulla definizione del percorso da seguire e sull'implementazione di eventuali cambiamenti organizzativi e di processo;

  • Predisposizione della documentazione e delle presentazioni utili a condividere con il top management l’evoluzione delle performance dei KPI di business excellence e dei risultati raggiunti

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale;

  • Esperienza di almeno 4/5 anni, maturata in ruoli analoghi in aziende multinazionali e/o all’interno di società di consulenza come Senior Consultant;

  • Forte esperienza di project management

  • Esperienza nelle attività di mappatura dei processi (es. BPR e GAP analysis);

  • Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto office (es. Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Buona conoscenza dei principali sistemi gestionali utilizzati dalle aziende (es. CRM, sistemi di reporting)

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

  • Certificazioni in ambito project management (es. PMP) sono considerati un plus
