Talentuch is expanding the sales team and we are looking to have a sales representative in Italy. We are an international recruitment agency offering traditional recruitment services and subscription-based recruitment services. The area assigned to sales manager will be all Italy.

KPI of Sales Manager: the target for each sales manager is 2 signed contracts per month. You need to book 8 to 10 calls per month to sign 2 contracts. The team will help with the process and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Create compelling presentations to support sales activities in Italy and communicate the value of our recruitment services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance marketing campaigns and lead generation.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of English at least at B2 level.
  • Experience as Sales Manager for at least 1 year selling B2B services.
  • B2B contractor position, working as an independent contractor for a US-based company.
  • Workload is 10h/week with the possibility to switch to full-time workload in 3 to 6 months.
  • Monthly pay consists of hours worked + bonuses for performance + commissions on subscription-based services sold.
  • Hourly pay of $20 (USD) to $50/hour GROSS depending on experience, we pay in US dollars to your ITA account.
  • GROSS means you pay taxes in Italy independently, so make sure you calculate NET in EUR independently.
  • Bonus for every new contract signed.
  • This is a 100% remote position.
