Experienced sales manager, able to provide an FRS solution to a specific customer request. Able to define/transform a specific customer needs/improvement into an FRS unique solution. Strong communication is a must; able to work in a team; available for traveling, flexible working time. Able to expand customer relations and find new potential customers and new industry segmentation as well. Primary report to Regional Sales manager

Plan customer visits or customer calls (remote)

Make quotations and follow up.

Reach the sales KPI: sales target, customer relations grow, take care of sales funnel.

You will work from the office, but smart working is allowed. Team working is a must.

Your Team

We work every day as unique team; sales meetings are frequent. The team is heterogeneous male/female with different roles.

Qualifications

Qualifications : Experience

  • Min 8 years of sales experience in B2B
  • Min 3 Condition Monitoring experience
  • Condition Monitoring knowledge is a must to have
  • Able to improve and build relations.
  • Mechanical basics
  • Love travels
  • Love work for target
  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • A mechanical degree is nice to have
Personal Skills
  • Computer skills
  • English as a secondary language
  • Salesforce CRM
