COMMERCIAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST - MANURE at Lely Italia
As a Commercial Product Specialist (CPS), you are responsible for the commercial targets of the Manure proposition in the geographical area assigned. You coach and train the network of Lely Centers to pursue sales targets and achieve maximum market potential, ensuring that all the activities meet the Business Team strategy and the Lely way of working.
You are the absolute expert of the Product that you represent, channeling your knowledge through the distribution network with a customer‐centric mindset. Engage and guide the distribution network to excel in the Manure Business
Train the Sales Reps on product knowledge, use of tools, and sales skills
The role is based in Colturano (MI) and requires willingness to travel mainly in Italy, with occasional visits to the HQ in Maassluis and to the countries covered by our Cluster.
Preferably covered a commercial role in the livestock, agricultural or dairy sector
Speak, write, and present in English and Italian fluently
Data‐driven in any aspect of the business, we take decisions analytically

Our cluster is in Colturano (MI) and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South‐East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiastic team, consisting of 40 people distributed between the Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.
