COMMERCIAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST - MANURE at Lely Italia As a Commercial Product Specialist (CPS), you are responsible for the commercial targets of the Manure proposition in the geographical area assigned. You coach and train the network of Lely Centers to pursue sales targets and achieve maximum market potential, ensuring that all the activities meet the Business Team strategy and the Lely way of working. You are the absolute expert of the Product that you represent, channeling your knowledge through the distribution network with a customer‑centric mindset. Together with your team, you co‑share responsibility for Customer Satisfaction. The CPS is a dynamic role with ample room for initiative and creativity. Your main activities Own and manage the Sales funnel for Manure proposition Engage and guide the distribution network to excel in the Manure Business Train the Sales Reps on product knowledge, use of tools, and sales skills Live the field and update your team and international colleagues about market trends and opportunities Shape and support the Marketing activities for a unique customer journey for existing and future customers You will report to the Manager Proposition with responsibility for the geographical area of South‑East Europe & Turkey. The role is based in Colturano (MI) and requires willingness to travel mainly in Italy, with occasional visits to the HQ in Maassluis and to the countries covered by our Cluster.
