Sales Coordination – Financial Advisor OnBoarding

Come parte dell’Ufficio FA Coordination & Reporting, si ricerca uno Specialist in processi di onboarding dei Consulenti Finanziari, che andrà ad integrare un team dedicato al supporto della rete per tutte le attività relative all’inserimento in struttura e alle attività strategiche di apertura rapporti clienti, trasferimenti degli assets e analisi prodotti / esposizioni creditizie.

Sono richieste le seguenti conoscenze specifiche:

  • Conoscenza delle reti dei Consulenti Finanziari e Private Banker, in particolare delle dinamiche di supporto alle reti commerciali nelle attività di pre e postvendita;
  • Conoscenza dei prodotti di investimento legati al mondo dell’amministrato, gestito e polizze assicurative;
  • Capacità di attuare le migliori strategie per rendere operativo il Consulente Finanziario non appena entrato in struttura in termini di accesso ai sistemi, alla struttura organizzativa, alle funzioni di supporto;
  • Conoscenza della normativa AML / Compliance per la valutazione dei clienti proposti dal Consulente Finanziario in modo da anticipare criticità e fornire supporto preventivo all’accettazione dello stesso;
  • Conoscenza di tematiche fiscali in ambito redditi diversi e redditi di capitale, normativa IRS per la valutazione di clienti residenti al di fuori del territorio nazionale;
  • Conoscenza dei processi di trasferimento di portafoglio, delle criticità tipiche e capacità di proporre soluzioni e proposte che possano rendere tali processi snelli, efficienti ed efficaci;
  • Conoscenza delle logiche di applicazione di pricing, tassi, scontistica su tutte le tipologie di rapporti dei clienti al fine di definire delle offerte specifiche per i clienti da trasferire;
  • Capacità di predisposizione e gestione dei processi operativi per l’efficientamento delle attività del Team;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte presso le sedi dei Consulenti Finanziari sul territorio nazionale al fine di pianificare e rendere operativo il processo di onboarding;
  • Ottime doti di comunicazione e problem solving. Capacità di analizzare i processi e adattare le soluzioni in base alle singole casistiche;
  • Capacità di coordinare persone di altri team, al fine creare un gruppo con tutte le conoscenze specifiche necessarie per supportare il FA nell’attività di on-boarding a 360°.
