Con l’aiuto di persone come te che si dedicano alla nostra missione, Adare migliora vite migliorando la somministrazione dei farmaci Unisciti alla nostra missione, unisciti ad Adare La nostra proposta: Assicurazione sanitaria Piano pensionistico Benefit previsti da accordo interno Crescita professionale e opportunità di avanzamento all’interno dell’azienda Premio di partecipazione Programma di riconoscimento dei dipendenti Siamo alla ricerca di un Maintenance Supervisor che si unisca al nostro Maintenance Team di San Giuliano Milanese (MI) Se ti identifichi in questa descrizione, saremo davvero lieti di conoscerti DESCRIZIONE DELLA POSIZIONE: La risorsa si occuperà di assicurare la manutenzione di tutti gli impianti e le attrezzature del sito come attrezzature di produzione , utilities ,PLC e sistema di supervisione Riporta a e collabora con il Maintenance Manager fornendo una supervisione diretta di tutto il personale di manutenzione che opera sul sito a supporto delle operazioni industriali, assicurandosi che personale con le competenze adeguate sia disponibile ad eseguire le attività come da piano di manutenzione stabilito. Garantisce la disponibilità di parti, materiali, strumenti speciali e attrezzature necessarie per un'esecuzione efficace ed efficiente del lavoro. Supporta il personale di Manutenzione su tutti gli aspetti meccanici/elettrici , in collaborazione con il Maintenance Manager supervisiona l'installazione e la messa in servizio di nuove apparecchiature. In termini di disponibilità, stiamo cercando una persona che sia flessibile nel lavorare nei weekend (se necessario) e nei periodi di fermo impianto, e, a seguito di periodo di affiancamento entri a far parte del team di manutentori reperibili. Le responsabilità di questa posizione includono garantire la compilazione della documentazione GMP richiesta nel settore Pharma e la gestione della documentazione di Qualità COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA’: Assicurare la continua efficienza, funzionalità e sicurezza di impianti, macchine e attrezzature del reparto di produzione, rispondendo della corretta esecuzione dei lavori affidatigli, nel rispetto delle GMP ed interfacciandosi con le società esterne ove necessario ed autorizzato; Garantire che gli interventi di manutenzione preventiva (programmata) e straordinaria degli impianti e macchinari di reparto vengano eseguiti, tenendo conto della programmazione della produzione e nel rispetto delle GMP europee; Eseguire gli interventi che presentano elementi di difficoltà e complessità, raccordandosi con altre funzioni aziendali, in particolare nel caso in cui siano necessarie conoscenze tecniche proprie delle altre funzioni; Controllare e assicurare la continua efficienza dei dispositivi di sicurezza e di allarme negli impianti e macchinari di reparto, con l'obiettivo di evitare infortuni e danni ai lavoratori, alle macchine e agli impianti; Verificare la corretta Compilazione dei registri a seguito delle manutenzioni e garantire la corretta archiviazione dei Work Order e successiva immediata reperibilità per ogni esigenza/controllo; Collaborare con il Engineering GMP Compliance nella stesura delle SOP e alla formazione per il personale di manutenzione Garantire che il personale addetto alla manutenzione lavori secondo le regole GMP , nel rispetto delle normative di sicurezza sui posti di lavoro e secondo le linee guida HSE Interagisce con il Quality Assurance nella gestione di investigazioni , deviazioni e CAPA riguardante gli interventi di manutenzioni eseguiti nel sito Diploma di istituto tecnico industriale in Meccanica e Meccatronica o Elettronica Certificazione PES/PAV Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in una posizione simile o analoga in aziende Farmaceutiche Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, comprese competenze avanzate in Excel Capacità di apprendimento e buone doti relazionali Eccellente capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta Capacità di contribuire e lavorare all'interno di un team interfunzionale Autonomia, proattività, orientamento al risultato e accuratezza Flessibilità e disponibilità a trasferte (15%) Buona comprensione della lingua inglese, necessaria in caso di interazione con tecnici di società esterne.
