Core products include chocolate, chocolate decorations, creams, pastry mixes, gelato ingredients, and other bakery / pastry ingredients.

The Company, headquartered in Italy, was acquired by Advent International, the global Private Equity firm, in July 2022, and has a strong track record of growth over the last decade.

Thanks to the recent acquisitions of important players in the belonging market, IRCA is becoming a global leader in the semi-finished ingredients industry, with 22 manufacturing facilities in Europe, US and Vietnam and a combined €1 billion of revenues.

Purpose of Position:

Support the Chief Financial Officer in the management of administrative/financial activities by acting as a reference for the group's foreign subsidiaries in the collection and subsequent analysis of consolidated data.

Description of main Activities/Responsabilities

Support for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements of the group

Interaction with subsidiaries in the preparation of corporate reporting package

Preparation of monthly and quarterly closing reports

Intercompany reconciliations

Identification of the IFRS adjustment vs local gap

Preparation of the procedures for accurate closing process

Education:

Master’s degree in Economics and Finance

Professional Skills:

Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and basic accounting literature (IFRS)

Ability to analyze and process financial information

Accuracy in preparing financial information

Experiences

6+ years in a similar role in a company and/or in a consultancy firm

Language Skills

English: good level
