Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.Drive hardware delivery through the product life cycle from requirements development to on-dock (on time at the right quality and cost)
Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify and execute projects/opportunities to reduce cost, minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and exploit industry developments that benefit Amazon’s customers
Work with a range of stakeholders including business leaders, engineering leaders, legal, program management, and supply chain to negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts including term sheets, MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, development agreements, component purchase agreements and others
Prioritize projects and activities to deliver maximum cost reductions and reliable supply
Manage cross-functional projects against plans and objectives to meet commitments and goals
Evaluate and monitor critical supplier performance, including financial health, quality, on-time delivery, and cost
Mentor junior sourcing employees on contract negotiation and vendor management
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to the supply chain

5+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience
~5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience
~ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field
~ Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python
~ 4+ years of program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process experience
~ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
~ Experience in program, project, product management, or leading a product implementation process
~ Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $71,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $153,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
